Post #9: Roadrunners Lead at the Second Intermission

The Topeka Roadrunners are continuing their 12-game road trip tonight as they begin a two game series at Nelson Center with the Springfield Jr. Blues.  The game is in progress and Topeka has the lead at the first intermission off of a goal by Sam RennakerClint Garris picked up his second assist of the year on the Rennaker goal.  Wichita Falls, ahead of the ‘Runners by one point in the South Division, is currently tied at 2-2 with Corpus Christi.  This gives the Topeka a potential first place standing if they can take care of business, and Wichita Falls drops a game.  As of now the it is the second intermission in Springfield with Topeka still on top with a 1-0 lead.  For the latest updates on the game follow @topekahockey on Twitter.
